Discover the history and provenance behind Gordon Castle Gin, handcrafted from botanicals grown in our Scottish Walled Garden. Our secret recipe has only 12 botanicals to keep it clean, fresh, un-muddled and direct. Two of the botanicals, lavender and mint from the Walled Garden give it warming herb notes with a crisp, clean, refreshing finish. We do try not to over-complicate things; life is complicated enough.

Serve with fresh mint, slice of lemon, slice of lime and quality tonic. Alternatively, take Angus’ advice and “Try a very dry martini…straight up with a twist of lemon and a scorched rosemary garnish.”

Tasting notes
Gordon Castle Gin is a crisp, elegant and refreshing gin with a lovely clean palate. Subtle notes of lavender linger in the back of the nose and within the mouth. Garden mint comes into focus helping promote the clean and refreshing character.
