Liverpool Gin is a premium organic gin producer who makes gin from scratch using pure certified organic botanicals, producing a highly distinctive, aromatic drink. The brainchild of Liverpool Organic Brewery managing director Mark Hensby and head distiller John O’Dowd.

It is the rich tapestry of sights, sounds and flavours of Liverpool Docks back from the 1700’s that make up every drop of the Liverpool Collection we produce today. Crafted just a stone’s throw from the site of the original Bankhall distillery, using finest ingredients, handcrafted in a copper pot still, and crowned with the timeless Liver Bird emblem.
