JULLIUS CRAFT DISTILLERY

Jullius Distillery is located in Kibbutz Hanita, Western Galilee.

Jullius, that established in 2008, is the first artisan distillery in Israel specializing in production of the finest quality  Eaux De Viex (Fruit brandies) .

All the materials used in the distilling process are regional, the grape pomace, honey and fruit come from the Galilee Mountains.

All  manufacturing  is done manually with only natural ingredients, there are no added aromatic or flavoring substances, neither are there any additional sweeteners or coloring agents.

Very limited distilling batches and the strict distilling process that is done in a state of the art Copper Pot Still make every numbered and signed bottle a unique creation, well refined and rare of a kind.
