Here they harvest the same day of distillation and distill the botanical ingredients individually.

In late summer, when the last extraction is complete, the team of Isle of Møn Spirits are looking forward to the very correct composition that makes the Isle of Møn Gin a unique and enjoyable experience - just like Møn's beautiful scenery.
